He is an accomplished Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant with extensive expertise in Organizational Leadership, Management, Human Resources, and Adult Education. With a unique blend of service, positivity, excellence, authenticity, and deep knowledge, Neco has crafted a leadership and coaching style that empowers professionals and organizations to elevate their performance and achieve their goals.
His distinguished career in the U.S. Air Force saw him rise to the top 1% of his field, culminating in his role as Executive Director of Training and Development for all first Sergeants in the U.S. Air and Space Forces. Along his journey, Neco honed his leadership skills and developed a passion for nurturing talent and guiding others to overcome their fears, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
